Call routing and IVR
Who answers, in what order, and what callers hear, set around your hours.
Desk phones, headsets and softphones
Confirmed for each role and installed on the date you choose.
Integrations
Connected to the tools your team works in, including LimoSys for dispatch.
Changes as you grow
The team that set you up handles extension, IVR and routing changes.
Dispatch lives in LimoSys. Now the phone does too.
For limousine, black car and livery operators who dispatch in LimoSys. Our phone system connects directly to the program, so dispatchers call, answer and route from where they already work.
Example scenario · New reservation
AI booking, with a dispatcher one step away.
You decide what AI booking handles and when a dispatcher takes over. Other callers can go straight to dispatch.
Example scenario · Trip in progress
Passenger and driver connected, numbers kept private.
Dispatch calls passengers and drivers from inside LimoSys. When a passenger and driver need to talk to each other, the call goes through a masked number, so neither sees the other’s personal number.

Does your phone system integrate directly with LimoSys?
Yes. DataproTS is a LimoSys Premier Partner. The integration provides in-program passenger and driver calling, keyboard answering and call controls, IVR, personal-number masking and AI booking through LimoSys. We show you the workflow and confirm the scope for your operation.
What should we have ready to transfer our numbers?
A recent bill from your current provider, the account number and any transfer PIN or passcode, the authorized person on the account and its service address. Requirements vary by carrier, so we confirm the exact list with you first.
