Privacy policy

How DataproTS handles the information you share with us.

Effective October 14, 2026

Our privacy commitments

This policy explains how DataproTS (DATAPRO TELECOM SOLUTIONS, LLC) handles information you share with us through our website, by phone, by email, by text message and on WhatsApp.

Information we collect

  • Contact details you give us, such as your name, company, phone number and email address
  • Details about your request, your services and the work we do for you
  • Messaging preferences you communicate to us, including consent and opt-out requests
  • Messages and calls you exchange with us
  • Technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as request and security information processed by our hosting and verification providers

How we use it

  • To answer your requests and to provide, schedule and support our services
  • To send only the text or WhatsApp messages you chose, and to honor opt-outs
  • To keep records of messaging consent and opt-outs
  • To protect the website against abuse and, if you choose optional analytics, understand visits and contact actions
  • To meet our legal obligations

Text messaging and mobile information

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver the messages you asked for.

Submitting an inquiry or providing a phone number does not, by itself, subscribe you to recurring texts or WhatsApp messages. Messaging choices are separate from website analytics choices. When an SMS consent choice is offered on this website, we record the selected program, phone number, exact consent wording, policy version and time of submission. To update your preferences or request an opt-out, contact us.

Website analytics and your choices

Optional analytics are off until you accept them in Privacy choices. Where enabled, Google Analytics measures visits, pages viewed and contact actions. Microsoft Clarity may provide session insights to help identify website usability problems. These tools may use cookies and similar identifiers. We configure optional analytics separately from advertising and do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or the contents of your inquiry as analytics events.

Form fields and your generated setup brief are excluded from session-replay content through masking. Session recording is enabled only after its privacy settings have been verified. Google and Microsoft process information when their respective tools are enabled and you accept optional analytics; rejecting optional analytics keeps those tools from loading on this website.

Use at any time to accept or reject optional analytics. Rejecting them does not prevent you from browsing or contacting us. We honor a supported browser Global Privacy Control signal by keeping optional analytics off. Your choice and its date are saved in your browser so we can remember your preference.

Hosting, inquiry processing and abuse prevention are separate from optional analytics. When the contact form is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile helps check that submissions are legitimate. These essential functions may process technical information needed to provide and protect the service. Learn more in Google’s explanation of partner-site data, Microsoft’s Privacy Statement and Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

How information is shared

We share information only with service providers that help us operate our business and deliver our services and messages, when the law requires it, or when you ask us to.

Protecting your information

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us and limit access to people and service providers who need it. We retain information for the purposes described above, taking account of service needs, legal obligations and dispute resolution. Limited consent and suppression records may be retained to document your choices and prevent unwanted messages.

Your choices

  • If you receive DataproTS program texts, reply STOP to opt out. You can also contact us to request an opt-out.
  • To stop WhatsApp messages, tell us in the WhatsApp chat.
  • To change any messaging choice, contact us.
  • Contact us to ask about, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
  • Change optional website analytics through Privacy choices. Withdrawing consent stops optional measurement on this website; it does not automatically remove information already processed.
