DataproTS text messages

These terms apply when you enroll in the DataproTS service text program, when available. The sign-up option identifies the program and its consent terms.

Program and sender

Program

DataproTS service texts: responses and follow-up to your inquiries, installation scheduling, appointment updates and support messages. This optional program does not include promotions or advertising.

(201) 751-1003. We use the same number on WhatsApp; text and WhatsApp permissions are separate.

Joining and cost

How to join

Recurring service texts require your affirmative consent. When website enrollment is available, an optional, unchecked consent choice appears on our contact page. You can send an inquiry without selecting it. Calling, emailing or messaging us does not enroll you in recurring texts, and text consent does not authorize WhatsApp messages.

Purchase

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Stop, help and restart

Stop

If you receive DataproTS program texts, reply STOP to opt out. You can also request an opt-out by calling (201) 751-1003 or emailing support@dataprots.com. To change your WhatsApp preferences, tell us in the WhatsApp chat.

Help

For help with a DataproTS text program, reply HELP, call (201) 751-1003 or email support@dataprots.com.

Restart

To resume a program after opting out, contact us so we can confirm the program you want and the steps needed to restart. Sending an inquiry or selecting a website preference does not remove an existing messaging-provider block.
